SERVICE TERMS

DEVELOPMENT

Set-up Fee & Proto Sample | Andari charges a set up fee for programming / pattern making which also include one piece of proto sample. Programming fee depends on style and gauge (sweater). Production price is determined when proto sample is delivered. All price quote is LDP ex-factory Los Angeles.

Sales & Photo Sample | Duplicate samples are 2x the production price.

Lead Time | Samples typically take 2-3 weeks upon receipt of required materials.

Materials | Andari works with various mills that offer stock service for yarns and fabrics. We also have a wide range of sample materials available.

Payment | Credit approval or credit card deposit must be received before development starts. Balance due upon delivery.

PRODUCTION | SWEATERS

Lead Time | 6-10 weeks for domestic production. 8-12 weeks for production in China

Minimum | 600 per style for production oversea.

PRODUCTION | CUT & SEW KNITS

Lead Time | 3-6 weeks upon receipt of bulk fabrics & fit approval

Minimum | 600 per style or depending on fabric dye lot

Payment | Deposit may be required for all production orders unless credit approved.
